What you will do
- Represent Professional Services in the Partner Program, enabling certification and delivery methodology evolution.
- Own the end-to-end sales motion for the Essentials product line, including SOW development and pricing.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in pre-sales, defining delivery models and setting client expectations.
- Manage high-priority internal strategic initiatives, defining scope, milestones, and risk mitigation.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Partner Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams.
- Communicate program status and influence decisions at the executive level.
Requirements
- 7+ years in professional services or implementation roles within financial crime compliance (AML, fraud, transaction monitoring).
- Fluent spoken and written English with exceptional presentation skills.
- Demonstrated experience authoring and negotiating SOWs, MSAs, and professional services agreements.
- Strong program management fundamentals with the ability to manage concurrent workstreams.
- Comfort working with AI/ML-based products and communicating their value to business audiences.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA or Hoboken, NJ.
