Senior Director, AI Program (Fintech)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia. Must comply with workplace policy spending at least four full days each week in the office.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the enterprise AI transformation program, aligning with strategic priorities and the target operating model.
• Establish and manage program governance structures, including executive steering committees, KPIs, and risk tracking (RAID).
• Oversee a portfolio of AI initiatives, including workflow redesign, deployment of employee-facing AI tools, and rapid pilots.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, including timelines, cross-project dependencies, and key delivery milestones.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across diverse global teams and partners to ensure aligned execution.
• Manage program financials and resourcing, including 3rd party delivery management in partnership with Finance and Procurement.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of program or transformation delivery experience.
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale technology or transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering AI or advanced analytics programs or pilots.
• Strong knowledge of program management and delivery methodologies (PGM, PMP, Agile, SAFe), with PGM certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to create executive-ready materials and communications.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs, including capabilities, risks, and use cases.
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
• Financial services experience, specifically asset management.
• Professional consulting experience.
