What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage holistic project milestones, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple business and IT areas.
• Partner with Finance to manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Remove barriers to project success and negotiate priorities to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Coach and mentor members of the project management community across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing large, significant projects or programs ($4M–$10M range).
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
• Proven ability to lead in highly matrixed environments and influence organizational change.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of the organization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
