What you will do

• Analyze business drivers, market dynamics, and customer insights to inform strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement scalable processes and automation solutions leveraging AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative skills to drive data-informed decisions.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity.
• Must be based in the United States.
