What you will do

• Drive Agile adoption (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and facilitate ceremonies to enable high-performing, self-managed teams.
• Manage medium-to-large scale projects, overseeing planning, scope, timelines, and budget alignment.
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of release packages, including risk assessments and rollback procedures.
• Implement measurement frameworks and KPIs to provide accurate progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritize delivery tasks.
• Identify process improvements and mentor teams to foster a learning and growth culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project delivery and deploying Agile methodologies.
• Experience in the Life Sciences sector, ideally within the Medical Imaging domain.
• Experience with cloud deployment of enterprise solutions and AI-powered software.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Maths, Science, Engineering, Computing, etc.).
• English: Fluent (C1).
• Must be based in the UK.

• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master or SAFe.
