Client Manager - Site Design

Location: Dallas, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Oklahoma - Remote; Oklahoma City, OK; Texas - Remote; Tulsa, OK. Flexible remote and hybrid work options are available, with travel required for in-office activities, client meetings, and site visits as needed.

What you will do

• Manage key client accounts as the primary point of contact across one or more teams.
• Work with project managers to lead project execution plans and ensure high-quality engineering and design services.
• Build a deep understanding of client businesses and industries to identify growth opportunities and cross-sell services.
• Create client-specific communication plans and provide regular project updates and reports.
• Lead efforts to secure repeat client work through exceptional service, expectation management, and outcome negotiation.
• Coordinate with internal leaders to resolve client concerns and incorporate feedback into decisions.

Requirements

• At least eight years of client experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to take ownership of work and contribute positively to communities.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to travel for in-office activities, client meetings, and site visits as needed.
