What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring overall satisfaction and rapport.
• Develop deep industry knowledge to present growth strategies and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with project managers to lead execution plans and ensure high-quality engineering solutions.
• Create and implement client-specific communication plans, providing regular status updates and reports.
• Manage client expectations and negotiate project outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to address conflicts and integrate client feedback into decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of client experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel for client visits, site visits, and in-office activities.
