Salary: $141,500 - $175,000 yearly

What you will do
- Lead commercial and service relationships with key client executives.
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic business plans to drive client growth.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality insights and analytical solutions.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing account team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal experts to identify and implement innovative merchandising solutions.
- Drive business development efforts and support the creation of partnership models.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Retail, CPG, Merchandising, or Professional Services.
- Direct experience with customer insights, category management, and executive client leadership.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coach others in complex data analysis.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on maintaining executive-level relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree (MBA, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field) preferred.
