Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Norwich, United Kingdom (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of supplier accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for daily business needs.
  • Secure annual renewals and drive new business revenue growth within the assigned portfolio.
  • Develop and implement account development plans to meet quarterly revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with Client Development Executives to increase product volume and ensure 100% coverage for retail partners.
  • Forecast revenue accurately and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Work with operations teams to resolve client issues and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic sales planning, implementation, and pipeline management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to network effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
