What you will do

• Serve as the primary implementation lead and operational owner for assigned customer accounts post-contract.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales to ensure delivery alignment.
• Lead customer onboarding, implementation execution, and deployment coordination.
• Manage implementation governance, including risk identification, issue escalation, and milestone tracking.
• Oversee resource allocation and financial health of customer engagements.
• Support the creation and negotiation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and strategic account planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5-7+ years of experience in technical software delivery, technical account management, or customer success.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise software implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with resource management, financial oversight, and contract/SOW creation.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Experience with healthcare technology and interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.
