Location: Remote (Global hiring, US-based salary range provided)
Compensation: $80,000 – $105,000 OTE + Equity + Bonus

What you will do
- Own the full renewals cycle, including tracking, negotiation, and closing.
- Build the renewals process from scratch, including timelines, risk triggers, and engagement cadences.
- Design and maintain renewal reporting and forecasting models to track retention metrics.
- Develop an early-warning system to identify at-risk accounts and coordinate interventions.
- Establish data hygiene in the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Partner cross-functionally with CS and Finance to align on retention targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or post-sale revenue roles in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of building reporting and forecasting models from the ground up.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and create structure where none exists.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial instincts.
- Clear communication skills for presenting forecasts and risks to leadership.
