What you will do

• Manage end-to-end print production projects from initial artwork design through to final execution.
• Supervise day-to-day print department operations, including labor utilization, cost, and capacity.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal production cells to ensure requirements are met.
• Coordinate directly with external printers to resolve technical issues and maintain up-to-date specifications.
• Research and implement process improvements to drive cost optimization and product consistency.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members, including conducting formal performance reviews.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of various printing processes, including Flexo, Offset, Dry offset, and Gravure.
• Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite and a basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and vendor management.
• Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
