What you will do
- Take full independent ownership of the Revenue Kick-Off (RKO) timeline, including budgeting, logistics, and execution.
- Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle from early planning to post-event analysis.
- Ensure high-quality production for both in-person and fully remote/hybrid experiences for 500+ attendees.
- Act as a trusted advisor for other corporate events such as QBRs, Townhalls, and People Manager calls.
- Collaborate directly with the CRO, VPs, and external agency heads to align on event goals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of executing large-scale corporate events for 500+ attendees.
- Deep expertise in managing both in-person and hybrid/remote event experiences.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-quarter event budgets and global logistics independently.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced/Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
- Must be located in Brazil.
