Project Manager (IT)

Location: Remote work from Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil; the position is listed in Hortolandia, São Paulo, Brazil. Availability to travel may be required.

What you will do

• Deliver major projects within scope, schedule, budget, and service-level commitments.
• Build detailed project plans, organize work, delegate activities, and manage delivery milestones.
• Lead project meetings, status calls, planning sessions, and delivery cadence activities.
• Analyze and mitigate risks, manage project finances, and ensure the team has the required skills.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, partners, stakeholders, and technical and account teams.
• Manage customer change requests diplomatically and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Experience with Scrum methodology or project management practices.
• Basic knowledge of IT architecture and systems.
• Strong organizational, planning, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with a “One Team” mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or Business Administration; an MBA or postgraduate degree in project management is required.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication, or proficiency in another relevant language as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Project or other project management tools and software.
• Confidence interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
