What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of major projects ensuring they stay within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and all project stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage teams, and lead cadence and planning meetings.
• Analyze and mitigate risks and manage project finances to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate efforts between technical and account roles in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
• Manage customer change requests with diplomacy and maintain strong client partnerships.

Requirements

• Experience with SCRUM methodology or general Project Management practices.
• Basic knowledge of IT architecture and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or Business Administration.
• MBA or postgraduate degree in project management.
• Availability for in-person work in Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, Recife, Espirito Santo, or Macaé.
• Availability for travel.

Nice to have

• Fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Experience with MS Project or similar project management software.
• Proven ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
