What you will do
- Lead internal teams to execute client onboarding processes and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
- Develop and drive onboarding project plans, including risk mitigation and escalation management.
- Manage client communications and provide detailed status reporting to internal management.
- Provide pre-sales client onboarding assistance to the sales organization.
- Ensure all onboarding tasks are performed in accordance with ISO processes.
- Identify and propose innovations to improve the overall onboarding experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential.
- 5+ years of ERP application implementation and/or upgrade project management experience.
- Significant consulting or project management experience with SAP, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Database solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French.
- Project Management certification.
- SAP or Oracle technical implementation certifications.
