What you will do

• Lead internal teams to execute client onboarding processes and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
• Develop and drive onboarding project plans, including risk mitigation and escalation management.
• Manage client communications and provide detailed status reporting to internal management.
• Provide pre-sales client onboarding assistance to the sales organization.
• Ensure all onboarding tasks are performed in accordance with ISO processes.
• Identify and propose innovations to improve the overall onboarding experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential.
• 5+ years of ERP application implementation and/or upgrade project management experience.
• Significant consulting or project management experience with SAP, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Database solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• Project Management certification.
• SAP or Oracle technical implementation certifications.
