What you will do

• Support the end-to-end implementation process for hirify.global products.
• Gather and document customer requirements to define configuration and integration strategies.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for product configuration and capabilities.
• Document test scenarios to support QA processes.
• Collaborate with product, development, and sales teams to ensure roadmap alignment.
• Provide training to customers on delivered configurations when necessary.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in large transformation programs using agile methodology.
• Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in the automotive or insurance sectors.
• Proficiency with API tools including Postman, JSON, SOAP, OAuth, and XML.
• Strong documentation skills using JIRA and Confluence.
• Advanced Excel skills up to macro level.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CSS.
• Proven ability to think out of the box to deliver value-driven solutions.
