Project Coordinator

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

• Support pre- and post-implementation activities according to established implementation processes.
• Gather customer requirements and contribute to configuration and integration strategies.
• Document configuration test scenarios to support QA and provide expertise on hirify.global product capabilities.
• Collaborate with configuration, training, product, development, sales, and customer support teams.
• Train customers on delivered configurations when required.
• Support customer deliveries and the creation of Professional Services documentation.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in large transformation programs, preferably using agile methodologies.
• Experience with technical requirements gathering or business analysis.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive or insurance industry.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Postman, JSON, SOAP, OAuth, XML, CSS, and advanced Excel macros.
