Salary: $64,900 - $97,360 per year

What you will do
- Act as the primary HR liaison and business partner for assigned functional teams at the plant.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, providing technical assistance to leadership.
- Analyze HR statistics (turnover, new hires, performance) to drive data-informed business solutions.
- Lead HR programs covering employment, litigation, retention, and severance.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet hiring goals and build future talent pipelines.
- Manage employee relations, workplace training, and performance management for supervisors and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Proven knowledge of local and statutory labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
- Proficiency with HRMS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and web-based applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or professional HR certification.
- Experience optimizing HCM, payroll, or timekeeping systems.
- Background in benefits/compensation administration and market pricing.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.
