What you will do
- Lead and coach employees across disciplines including benefits, compensation, staffing, and organizational development.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for hourly and salaried positions, including screening and orientation.
- Initiate and lead HR projects aligned with business strategies to meet corporate objectives.
- Analyze data from company reporting systems to interpret trends and inform HR decisions.
- Provide expert advice on company policies and conduct salary reviews.
- Administer salary programs and maintain updated employee handbooks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of HR experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 6+ years of HR experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status.
- Proven ability to handle policy and procedural inquiries.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting reporting data.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of HR experience specifically within a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Extensive experience in recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong critical thinking and root-cause problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
