What you will do

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to maintain equitable application across the plant.
• Investigate and resolve individual and plant-wide employee relations issues as a neutral partner.
• Maintain a consistent presence on the production floor to identify concerns and foster a positive work environment.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Facilitate professional engagement and effective labor-management relations.
• Analyze workforce data and participate in continuous improvement and HR audit initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 3 years of broad HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of core HR functions, policies, and organizational structure.
• Experience with compensation, performance management, and talent processes.
• Understanding of labor laws and plant-level HR systems, including non-union environments.

• Advanced HR education or professional certification.
