What you will do

• Manage employee data and HR processes within the Workday HRIS system.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to facilitate recruitment, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Support performance appraisals, individual development plans, and training initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Employee Spirit Committee to coordinate engagement and community activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with all levels of the organization and drive change management.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems for data management and reporting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday in St Pauls, NC.
