Salary: $69,100 - $91,900 USD

What you will do

• Partner with and coach managers on employee relations and performance management issues.
• Support recruitment efforts and workforce planning for assigned facilities.
• Manage administrative tasks for onboarding, orientations, and exit interviews.
• Serve as a point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries.
• Develop and implement company policies and engagement events.
• Use data-driven insights to provide recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Must reside near the Huntsville, AL area.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor law.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to travel to South Region facilities as needed.

Nice to have

• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience with Workday or UKG Kronos.
