Salary: $137,900 - $246,350 USD

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive business growth and market reach.
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities with leading SaaS vendors, technology providers, and industry influencers.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key partners through regular engagement and performance reviews.
- Drive profitable revenue via co-marketing campaigns, referral programs, and integration partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a revenue-generating team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with divisional objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in partner-oriented B2B selling.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding profitable revenue targets.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
