What you will do

  • Identify and close new business opportunities for hirify.global's DAM and PIM solutions.
  • Engage with senior-level marketing, commerce, and IT executives within target organizations.
  • Convert market insights and buyer intent into meaningful growth strategies.
  • Manage the full software sales life cycle as an individual contributor.
  • Collaborate with revenue marketing, channel partners, and subject matter experts to build pipeline.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Implementation teams to ensure account growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or new business sales representative.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience with SaaS PIM, PXM, DAM, DXP, or MarTech software providers.
  • Expertise in managing full-cycle deals from lead generation to closing.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to use storytelling techniques for software buyers.
  • Experience negotiating large strategic deals and managing client relationships.
