What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly renewal and upsell targets for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with strategic leadership contacts at customer organizations.
  • Guide customers through product onboarding and ensure ongoing platform success.
  • Mitigate customer escalations and risks with a high sense of urgency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Support, and Professional Services to drive account strategy.
  • Maintain accurate account data and forecasting in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within a technology company.
  • Proven track record of managing complex relationships and closing renewals.
  • Experience with renewal forecasting and analytical reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as SFDC, Gainsight, and Jira.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with educational institutions or government entities.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced workflows and tools.
