What you will do
- Exceed quarterly renewal and upsell targets for assigned accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with strategic leadership contacts at customer organizations.
- Guide customers through product onboarding and ensure ongoing platform success.
- Mitigate customer escalations and risks with a high sense of urgency.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Support, and Professional Services to drive account strategy.
- Maintain accurate account data and forecasting in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management within a technology company.
- Proven track record of managing complex relationships and closing renewals.
- Experience with renewal forecasting and analytical reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as SFDC, Gainsight, and Jira.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
