What you will do

• Create and manage paid search campaigns across PPC, Display, Mobile, and Microsoft/Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and proprietary tools.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and competitive benchmarking.
• Implement advanced campaign additions including Pmax, remarketing, and YouTube advertising.
• Provide proactive and strategic campaign recommendations to clients.
• Perform QA on campaigns before launch and create detailed performance reports.

Requirements

• Must reside in CO, FL, MA, MN, OH, PA, or TX
• 3-5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics or similar optimization tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong quantitative skills.
• Agency experience or experience with multiple direct response accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Experience with tag managers.
• Analytics certification.
