What you will do

• Build, launch, and maintain Paid Search and Shopping campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Operate platform tooling including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Skai.
• Interpret Bliss Point signals to inform day-to-day optimizations and log feedback.
• Monitor performance, build recurring reports, and execute A/B tests with defined success criteria.
• Partner with Analytics to validate tagging and resolve performance anomalies.
• Manage work queues, deliver on time, and document learnings to refine team playbooks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 2–3 years of experience executing and managing Paid Search/Shopping campaigns with monthly budgets of ~$50K+.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, and SA360 or Skai.
• Strong analytical skills including GA4 and advanced Excel/Sheets (pivots, lookups).
• Ability to create clear performance narratives and collaborate in cross-functional pods.
• Google Search & Shopping certifications (or ability to complete within 60 days).

• Familiarity with competitive tools like Adalysis, Adthena, or SpyFu.
