What you will do
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across search, social, and emerging platforms to meet business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and conduct deep dives to identify actionable insights for scaling.
- Partner with performance marketing leadership to develop and refine overall paid media strategies.
- Manage end-to-end campaign launches, including research, audience development, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, creative, and measurement.
- Monitor digital marketing trends and platform innovations to continuously enhance performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search and paid social marketing.
- Strong expertise in PPC principles, tools, and campaign optimization methodologies.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Must be based in Orlando, Florida for a hybrid work arrangement.

- Familiarity with mobile app measurement and attribution.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and their connection to paid media.
