What you will do

• Build, launch, and maintain Paid Search and Shopping campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Operate platform tooling including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Skai.
• Interpret performance data and Bliss Point signals to inform day-to-day optimizations.
• Monitor daily performance, build recurring reports, and execute A/B tests.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Creative, and Client Leads.
• Document workflows and contribute to team playbooks and SOPs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience executing and managing Paid Search/Shopping campaigns.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of approximately $50K+.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, and SA360 or Skai.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills including pivots and lookups.
• Strong communication skills for status updates and cross-functional collaboration.
• Google Search & Shopping certifications (or ability to complete within 60 days).
