Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 USD

What you will do

• Execute and optimize holistic search strategies for major US brands.
• Align organic (SEO) and paid (SEM) search strategies to maximize overall performance.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and technical SEO audits across Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Analyze search data to understand consumer intent and market trends.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate SEO best practices into site experiences.
• Translate search results into business objectives and communicate insights to clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional SEO experience.
• Proven track record of increasing search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
• Strong content strategy and editorial writing skills.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio.
• Experience with SEO tools such as BrightEdge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Chicago office for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience managing paid search, PPC, or SEM campaigns.
• Knowledge of YouTube search optimization.
