What you will do

• Drive business growth by managing the full client lifecycle and exceeding sales targets.
• Support the General Manager in leadership initiatives, sales coaching, and talent acquisition.
• Maintain store design and visual standards according to merchandising guidelines.
• Create client floor plans and design presentations.
• Conduct in-home client consultations and visit local trade professionals.
• Directly manage Sales Assistants and Studio Interns.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Tigard, OR
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with direct reports, peers, and clientele.
• Proficiency with MS Office and 3-D rendering software.
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing over 20 pounds.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
