What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and coach the studio team through goal setting and consistent feedback.
• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and performance management in partnership with HR.
• Oversee studio visual standards, presentation, and housekeeping to maximize profitability.
• Direct the team in creating floorplans, design presentations, and conducting trade or home visits.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to share business insights and develop growth strategies.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Annapolis, MD
• Demonstrated passion for interior design and design profession.
• Proven financial literacy and ability to manage budgetary responsibilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and 3D rendering software.
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing over 20 pounds.
