What you will do

• Hire, develop, and motivate a high-performing retail team through coaching and training.
• Foster the brand client experience through effective demonstrations and sales generation.
• Manage store revenue, operational procedures, and controllable expenses to maximize profit.
• Ensure the studio maintains high visual presentation standards.
• Partner with HR and regional leadership to manage employee relations and performance.
• Deliver on store sales plans and business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of retail management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on interpersonal leadership.
• Financial literacy and business acumen to manage budgets and store performance.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office software.
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing over 20 pounds.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
