What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and coach the studio team through consistent feedback and goal setting.
• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and performance management in partnership with HR.
• Oversee studio operations, visual directives, and housekeeping to maximize profitability.
• Direct the team in creating floorplans, design presentations, and conducting home visits.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to share business insights and develop growth strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Charlotte, NC
• Demonstrated experience in retail management.
• Strong financial literacy and business acumen for managing budgets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and 3D rendering software.
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing over 20 pounds.
• Passion for the interior design profession.
