TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving interest in compensation solutions by identifying potential buyers and qualifying leads with an accent on outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on executing territory plans, overcoming objections from executives, and maintaining high-quality pipeline growth.

Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Compensation: Base $50K + $30K Commission (OTE $80K)

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Account Executives on territory planning and opportunity development.
  • Qualify inbound leads as a consultant to understand and address prospect needs.
  • Perform outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn using persona-specific communication.
  • Communicate value propositions to Senior Managers and Executives to overcome objections.
  • Maintain accurate market intelligence and records in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Meet monthly pipeline goals through continuous learning and coaching.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in phone-based lead generation or inside sales.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools like Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook.
