Salary: Base $60K + $37.5K Commission (OTE $97.5K)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop quality opportunities in enterprise organizations.
• Qualify leads by acting as a consultant to understand and address prospect needs.
• Research and prospect into accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Communicate value propositions and overcome objections with senior managers and executives.
• Maintain accurate records and provide market intelligence via Salesforce and Outreach.
• Achieve monthly pipeline goals through continuous learning and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience, with 1-2 years in phone-based lead generation or business development.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Highspot.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook.
