TL;DR

Client Development Representative (SaaS): Driving interest in compensation solutions and identifying upsell opportunities with an accent on lead qualification and strategic prospecting. Focus on collaborating with Account Managers, overcoming objections, and maintaining high-quality pipeline growth in Salesforce.

Location: Remote within the United States (excluding Hawaii). Hybrid options available in Buffalo.

Salary: Base $50,000 + $30,000 Commission (OTE $80,000)

What you will do

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers on territory planning to develop quality opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound and Marketing Qualified leads through consultative needs analysis.
  • Prospect into customer accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn via persona-specific communication.
  • Communicate value propositions to Senior Managers and Executives to overcome objections.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide market intelligence in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Achieve monthly pipeline goals and engage in continuous coaching and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fast-paced sales or customer-facing roles.
  • 3+ years of professional experience, including 1-2 years in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional and persuasive outreach.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales enablement platforms like Salesloft.
