Client Development Representative (SaaS): Driving interest in compensation solutions and identifying upsell opportunities with an accent on lead qualification and strategic prospecting. Location: Remote within the United States (excluding Hawaii). Hybrid options available in Buffalo.
Salary: Base $50,000 + $30,000 Commission (OTE $80,000)

What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers on territory planning to develop quality opportunities.
- Qualify inbound and Marketing Qualified leads through consultative needs analysis.
- Prospect into customer accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn via persona-specific communication.
- Communicate value propositions to Senior Managers and Executives to overcome objections.
- Maintain accurate records and provide market intelligence in Salesforce and Outreach.
- Achieve monthly pipeline goals and engage in continuous coaching and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fast-paced sales or customer-facing roles.
- 3+ years of professional experience, including 1-2 years in lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional and persuasive outreach.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales enablement platforms like Salesloft.
