Account Manager (SaaS): Driving customer value and revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling of facility management software with an accent on building long-term client relationships. Location: Must be based in the United States. Requires travel to Columbus, OH for the first week of onboarding and annual company events.
Compensation: OTE $100,000–$110,000 (Base $50,000–$55,000 + commissions).

What you will do
- Upsell and cross-sell additional features to existing customers within an assigned territory.
- Generate and convert leads using sales tools and sequences.
- Present informed offers based on customer goals, usage patterns, and recent activity.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Retention teams to build pipeline and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and tasks in Gainsight.
- Ensure account compliance with purchased licenses.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in Salesforce data schema and configuration.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel to customer events and the Columbus, OH office as required.
