What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for post-sale upsell and cross-sell opportunities, from discovery to contracting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-specific upsell motions in partnership with CSMs and Support teams.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tooling and prospecting systems to target customers with tailored expansion messaging.
  • Collaborate with product Specialists to deliver expert-backed consultative sales experiences.
  • Manage pipeline and maintain data accuracy using Salesforce, Salesloft, and internal quoting systems.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas tied to revenue expansion targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Executive or sales role with upsell responsibilities.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing and closing complete consultative sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex product topics.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the USA.
