What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for post-sale upsell and cross-sell opportunities, from discovery to contracting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-specific upsell motions in partnership with CSMs and Support teams.
- Utilize AI-enabled tooling and prospecting systems to target customers with tailored expansion messaging.
- Collaborate with product Specialists to deliver expert-backed consultative sales experiences.
- Manage pipeline and maintain data accuracy using Salesforce, Salesloft, and internal quoting systems.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas tied to revenue expansion targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Executive or sales role with upsell responsibilities.
- At least 1 year of experience managing and closing complete consultative sales cycles.
- Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex product topics.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Must be based in the USA.
