Salary: $184,000 – $245,000

What you will do
- Lead M&A legal due diligence from initiation through closing, maintaining risk trackers as the source of truth.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and revenue contracts for new and existing business lines.
- Manage a growing portfolio of customer and vendor agreements to drive timely resolution.
- Develop M&A playbooks and reusable contract templates to reduce cycle time and risk.
- Identify and close gaps in legal processes to make the legal function more scalable.
Requirements
- Experience in corporate practice at a mid-to-large law firm, primarily focused on M&A.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Proven experience coordinating deal diligence and negotiating deal documents.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate complex legal status to non-lawyers.
