Salary: $127,000–$159,000

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts including MSAs, SOWs, and licensing agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Ethics & Compliance, and IP teams to close transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal business partners across the organization.
• Ensure all contractual agreements align with company policies and strategic objectives.
• Manage vendor-facing service agreements and support complex commercial deal processes.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited American law school.
• Must be currently licensed to practice law in the state of residence.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a commercial transactions attorney.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience advising on AI, machine learning, or emerging technology issues.
• Background in intellectual property and technology-related legal matters.
• Experience working within a tech or tech-adjacent company.
• Prior experience supporting internal sales organizations.
