Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY)

Salary: $153,000 - $296,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage SEC reports, regulatory filings, and public-facing corporate communications.
• Oversee corporate governance, including Board and Committee materials and public-company policies.
• Support equity matters and the implementation of 10b5-1 plans and trading policies.
• Scale legal functions by building automated workflows and playbooks using AI tools.
• Advise stakeholders in accounting, finance, and people operations on general corporate matters.
• Provide legal support for strategic transactions and corporate initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of legal experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
• J.D. and current membership in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar.
• Deep knowledge of corporate and securities laws and SEC reporting requirements.
• Strong business judgment and ability to communicate complex issues to stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
