What you will do

• Support Client Leads in executing IR strategies, including fundraising and marketing efforts.
• Prepare client deliverables such as shareholder reports, analyst models, and industry benchmarking research.
• Develop corporate communications materials including press releases, scripts, and board presentations.
• Assist in the logistical planning of earnings calls, roadshows, and industry conferences.
• Conduct quantitative data analysis on peer ownership using SEC filings.
• Maintain databases and manage day-to-day communications with the life sciences investment community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service industry with direct customer contact.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with the ability to handle technical language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare and equity markets.
