What you will do

• Execute ICFR activities including risk assessment, control walkthroughs, and operating effectiveness testing.
• Collaborate with business owners and departments like Internal Audit, Security GRC, and AI Governance to identify and mitigate risks.
• Train business partners on control best practices and recommend corrective actions for identified deficiencies.
• Implement and evaluate the use of AI within the ICFR program and control testing processes.
• Drive the maturity of the ICFR program regarding scope, testing approach, and documentation.
• Research emerging industry trends and risks to maintain a robust control environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, finance, or accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of auditing or controls experience, including SOX or MAR compliance.
• Professional certification in Accounting, Audit, or Insurance (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA).
• Strong communication, data analytics, and project management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with AI, GRC tools, and Google platform.
