What you will do

• Provide ongoing support to clients and advisors via phone and email, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Assist high-profile fund managers with the subscription process and management of fund closings.
• Collaborate across organizational lines and with key stakeholders to optimize the user experience.
• Lead and execute special projects for Senior Management to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 6-8+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in investor relations or client service within alternative investments.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage phone queues during MST operating hours (8:30am-6:00pm).
• Proven track record of working effectively under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
