• Review compensation plans and clarify components with team managers.
• Calculate and administer commission payments for assigned teams.
• Prepare monthly analytical reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Process audit requests and necessary adjustments to commission data.
• Research and resolve all sales commission inquiries.
• Support system implementations and enhancements related to commission processing.

Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience in financial analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards).
• Hands-on experience with financial systems (Oracle is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and effective use of reporting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
