What you will do

• Develop and drive the execution of a strategic investor relations plan.
• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and CFO regarding analyst and investor perceptions.
• Plan and manage the investor relations calendar, including conferences and roadshows.
• Prepare quarterly earnings materials, including press releases, scripts, and presentations.
• Partner with senior leadership to align corporate communications with business objectives.
• Lead corporate presence and visibility in the rapid point-of-care diagnostics market.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in corporate investor relations, finance, or strategy for a publicly traded company.
• Strong experience with financial research tools and sell-side analysts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suitable for Wall Street environments.
• Deep understanding of corporate policy, financial analysis, and disclosure regulations.
