What you will do

• Build and maintain partner certification curriculum, including pathways, assessments, and certification gates.
• Translate implementation methodology, playbooks, and solution blueprints into structured training programs.
• Lead the onboarding and ramp-up of new implementation partners toward delivery readiness.
• Provide ongoing tactical assistance, advisory guidance, and troubleshooting to partner personnel.
• Embed AI-enabled implementation tools and task-level best practices into all partner enablement programs.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams and Product SMEs to align curriculum with current standards.

Requirements

• Experience in developing role-specific learning paths and certification assessments.
• Ability to translate technical implementation methodologies into partner-ready training materials.
• Proven experience in partner onboarding and enablement.
• Capability to provide coaching and tactical guidance to external delivery teams.
• Ability to establish quality benchmarks and feedback loops to refine training content.
