Location: Must be based in Egypt. The role requires availability for late-night/early-morning maintenance windows (CT time zone).

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during critical production issues and maintenance windows.
- Coordinate with engineering and DevOps teams to implement custom production changes and hotfixes.
- Manage and triage ServiceNow tickets to ensure timely customer updates and resolution.
- Support client validation activities during scheduled after-hours deployment cycles.
- Execute backout scripts and configuration management updates as required.
- Proactively identify and escalate risks that may impact client delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Must be based in Egypt and available for after-hours work (Tues/Thurs nights and monthly Saturday deployments).
- 2+ years of experience in technology delivery, client services, or a similar technical role.
- Proven ability to manage communications and logistics for production environment changes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple high-stakes priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Understanding of change management and production release processes.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a SaaS or enterprise IT environment.
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Familiarity with the Mortgage Cadence Platform.
