hirify.global is a startup building a next-generation Smart Financial Platform designed to replace legacy factory-era ERPs for modern global companies.

What you will do

• Own several concurrent ERP implementations end-to-end, from contract signature to go-live.
• Manage relationships with senior finance leadership, including Financial Controllers, Finance Directors, and CFOs.
• Translate complex finance requirements into platform designs, covering chart of accounts, entity structure, and consolidation logic.
• Lead data migration processes, including opening balances, historical data, and cutover.
• Control project scope to ensure delivery aligns with sales agreements and intervene when projects drift.
• Train and enable customer finance teams to operate on the platform from day one.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation, or finance advisory (e.g., Big 4 or vendor-side professional services).
• Fluency in accounting, specifically multi-entity consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and accrual accounting.
• Proven track record of owning a go-live solo.
• Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-suite executives.
• Daily use of AI tools and a passion for their application in delivery work.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Qualified accountant certification.
• Experience with multi-jurisdiction standards such as IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAPs.
