What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey post-sale to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, guiding stakeholders through AI-driven digital transformation.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities by developing growth plans across new use cases and teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, on-time implementations and successful go-lives.
  • Translate product capabilities and data into clear business impact through executive storytelling and success plans.
  • Align technical and business stakeholders to maintain momentum and accountability throughout the customer lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic value and digital transformation in complex organizations.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a focus on execution.
  • Native or bilingual German and fluent English proficiency.
  • Technical curiosity and interest in AI, automation, and customer experience.
