What you will do

• Lead the global Application Managed Services organization with full accountability for strategy, operating model, and business results.
• Modernize service delivery through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and standard processes to improve scalability and margins.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team within a complex, matrixed global environment.
• Partner with Sales and Professional Services to commercialize offerings and transform project-based work into scalable managed services.
• Define and track key metrics related to service performance, client satisfaction, revenue, and margin.
• Represent the business in strategic client-facing pursuits and executive-level planning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in application managed services, ERP services, or related environments.
• Proven track record of owning a delivery organization with responsibility for financial performance and service quality.
• Demonstrated success in implementing delivery-enabling platforms, automation, or AI-driven capabilities.
• Strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
